Ni hao mah! im EDALS twenty something but thinks like a thirty something...LOL.

im an ordinary creature with an extra ordinariness rarely found in the universe. i learned in Philosophy that we can even declare ourselves as Gods so im declaring my Godhood...

as a proof of that...i have this understanding way beyond human comprehension (that's subjective not academic)

im endulged in human stories and i learn vicariously...

ENCOUNTER


Paul’s integrity drove him to stand up to Peter, his fellow leader in front of several Jewish and Gentile believers. He criticized Peter’s hypocrisy and demanded that all Christian leaders remain consistent, regardless of the company they keep.

1. Check your motive. your goal should be to help, not humiliate.

2. Make sure the issue is worthy of criticism. does it really matter?

3. Be specific, dont drop the hint’s but clearly name the problem.

4. Dont undermine the person’s self-confidence or identity. Make it obvious
that you value the person.

5. Do not postpone needed criticism, If the issue is big, act now.

6. Look at your self looking at other’s. Take the log out of your own eye.

7 End criticism with encouragement, Finish on a positive note.
